A little about me...

10 years ago I had no idea what to do with dark leafy greens, in fact, kale looked almost prehistoric. How was I going to cook something that looked like it belonged from a different time period, never mind eating it. If it wasn't something that I could eat in a salad, I simply just didn't eat it.

Fast track 10 years later and I eat ALL kinds of dark leafy greens every day. I've learned tricks on how to cook and eat them so they are delicious I'm often left wanting more. I truly can't even imagine a day without consuming greens. They feed life and I feel more energized through this daily practice. So of course, I want to share this abundant feeling of health with you.

This 7 day challenge is broken down daily.

Before you get started, you get a shopping list of what to add to your fridge as well as a sample meal plan to give you an idea of what a day of eating greens will look like. I have made this simple, manageable and attainable. No tricky recipes, just simple and delicious ways of creating yumminess with greens.
