Winter Salads and Bowls

Winter is a time to slow down, hibernate and eat lots of foods that keep us grounded. Unlike the summer, which is filled with garden greens, winter salads look different with lots of root vegetables and ingredients that warm us up instead of cooling us down. These bowls are easy to assemble and the sauces take the bowls to the next level. Once you learn how to make them, you'll be hooked! All ingredients are gluten, dairy and refined sugar free. You will receive a booklet with all recipes!

Healthy Christmas Treats

Christmas is a time to indulge, however, it can be a time to indulge healthily. In this class we will create treats that won't just be loved by the health foodie, but by all! We will also discuss ways on how to beat Christmas weight gain and how to enjoy the holidays without having a diet mentality. This class is delicious and nutritious. All ingredients are gluten, dairy and refined sugar free. You will receive a booklet with all recipes including tips and tricks to have a healthy Holiday.

Cooking to Detox

The holidays are over and it's time to reset. Food can be a great way to gently detoxify the body and giving a reboot to the system. In this class, we will use simple ingredients to create truly incredible meals that cleanse, nourish and satisfy. All participant will receive a booklet with all the recipes.

  • Red cabbage and kale coleslaw, egg free
  • Stuffed sweet potatoes with quacamole and spicy black beans

Decedent Raw Desserts

Some of the best baking ever created is when it's raw. It's also extremely easy. Raw baking simply means that no ingredients were heated which leaves all of the nutrients intact. Come learn and taste first hand how easy raw baking can be. All participants will receive a booklet with recipes.

Super Salads

Date: March 14, 2018

These salads appeal to all the senses. These salads are typical with just lettuce and dressing, oh no, these salads are mouth watering and filling. Salads are not meant to be boring, in fact, as a holistic nutritionist my favourite meal is always a salad. I love making salads, and I also love making dressings. Salad and dressings are pure harmony. All participants will receive a booklet with recipes.
