Amanda has simplified this process and shares some of her favorite recipes as well as how to really master the process of baking without wheat. Amanda also doesn't use dairy or refined sugars in her baking, however, no one would ever know. Not even kids! You will receive a booklet with all recipes.

Gluten Free Perogies

Date: November 25, 2017

Location: 141 Willow Street

In this class you're gonna get your hands dirty... I mean pasty. Each participant will receive their own bag of Namaste Perfect Flour Blend and a perogy cutter to make approximately two dozen perogies of their own with support and guidance. The process of being able to make your own gluten free perogies will help you to really understand how to perfect making this treat gluten free so you can make them again and again. The rest of the flour and cutter go home with you. Together we will sip on peppermint hot chocolate, make and cook some perogies to indulge after our efforts. Please bring a rolling pin and a flat rectangular container to hold your perogies and take them home.
