These salads appeal to all the senses. These salads are typical with just lettuce and dressing, oh no, these salads are mouth watering and filling. Salads are not meant to be boring, in fact, as a holistic nutritionist my favourite meal is always a salad. I love making salads, and I also love making dressings. Salad and dressings are pure harmony. All participants will receive a booklet with recipes.

  • Baked salmon salad
  • Garlic shrimp kale ceaser salad
  • Warm potato salad with arugula and red onions
  • Power bowl with kale pesto

This is a demonstration style class with full tasting. Bring an empty stomach and a container to take home what's left over.

Spring has arrived and it's glorious. With warm weather and more sun on the horizon, it's time to start reaching for what's fresh, sweet and nourishing. These spring bowls prep the body for more energy as we prepare for summer. All meals are gluten, dairy and refined sugar free.
