Dairy Free Fudgsicles

One word: Epic. These fudgsicles are so creamy, so smooth and down right delicious. Oh did I also mention easy? Like, so easy.

You could buy fudgsicles in a box, but why would you when you could whip these up and truly control all the ingredients being used to make them. Most popsicles and fudgsicles that you buy from the store are overloaded in unnecessary amounts of sugar.  When you make your own treats, you get to control just how much sugar is being used.

The base for these fudgsicles is full fat coconut milk, which is full of healthy fats which nourishes and sustains energy. I used large popsicle molds to make mine and the kids couldn't finish them because they are so filling. So I would definitely recommend using smaller molds for kiddies... and keeping the large ones for the adults ;).

Ingredients:

  • 1 400ml can full fat coconut milk
  • 3 tbsp raw cacao
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • 2 tbsp raw honey or pure maple syrup

Directions:

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender and blend on high until smooth and creamy.
  2. Pour into popsicle molds and freeze for up to 4 hours or overnight.
