Sometimes it's important to have chocolate. Something sweet and something that resembles what you might have had as a child. But this frosty is so much sweeter as it's sugar and dairy free and actually good for you.
I've made this recipe a few times and a few different ways, trying different add ins. But this time I got it right. The reason I know? My daughter gobbled it up telling me how yummy it was in between her big slurps!

Enjoy this beauty on a hot day as it's refreshing and energy boosting.
- 1.5 ripe bananas
- 3 tbsp hemp hearts
- 2 tbsp raw cacao
- 1 tsp vanilla extract or powder
- 1 tsp chia seeds
- 2 pitted medjool dates
- 1 cup ice
- 1/4 cup water
- Add all ingredients into a high speed blender, blend on high for 30 secs, pour and drink!
