Raw Chocolate Frosty

Sometimes it's important to have chocolate. Something sweet and something that resembles what you might have had as a child. But this frosty is so much sweeter as it's sugar and dairy free and actually good for you.

I've made this recipe a few times and a few different ways, trying different add ins. But this time I got it right. The reason I know? My daughter gobbled it up telling me how yummy it was in between her big slurps!

Ingredients:

  • 1.5 ripe bananas
  • 3 tbsp hemp hearts
  • 2 tbsp raw cacao
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract or powder
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • 2 pitted medjool dates
  • 1 cup ice
  • 1/4 cup water

Directions:

  1. Add all ingredients into a high speed blender, blend on high for 30 secs, pour and drink!
